How do I pay my rent?
Log in to the resident portal to pay by bank transfer (free) or card. You can enable auto-pay, set a custom due date, or split rent with roommates. Paper checks are also accepted at your community office.
What counts as a maintenance emergency?
No heat, active flooding or major leaks, gas smells, electrical hazards, broken exterior locks, or anything that makes your home unsafe. For these, call our 24/7 line at (213) 555-0911. Everything else can be submitted online and is typically handled within 48 hours.
Is Loby pet-friendly?
Yes — the vast majority of our communities welcome cats and dogs. Breed and weight policies vary by building, and a pet deposit may apply. Check the specific community page or ask our leasing team.
How does lease renewal work?
We'll reach out about 90 days before your lease ends with renewal options. You can review terms and e-sign right from the portal — usually a single tap. No office visit required.
Do I need renters insurance?
Yes, a basic renters policy is required at all Loby communities. You can upload your own policy or purchase coverage directly through the portal in a couple of minutes.
